AI Video Editor for Facebook Ads

I’m looking for someone I can build a long-term working relationship with. I’m starting a lead generation agency that helps local businesses generate customers through Facebook and Instagram ads. Right now we’re focused on a luxury custom cabinet company, but the goal is to expand into other industries like roofing, HVAC, painters, remodeling, real estate, and more. I’m building a repeatable system, not just looking for someone to edit random videos. Here’s the workflow: * I’ll provide the landing page, offer, and client information. * You’ll use Higgsfield AI to generate cinematic scenes. * Find additional high-quality B-roll (TikTok and other sources when appropriate). * Mix AI footage, client photos/videos, and B-roll together. * Add captions, music, and AI voiceovers. * Edit everything in CapCut. * Deliver polished Facebook and Instagram ads. The goal is to produce multiple ad variations for each client so we can test different creatives. Initially, I’d like to average around 3 completed ads per hour once we both have the workflow dialed in. I’m much more interested in quality and consistency than rushing through videos. Long-Term Vision My goal isn’t to hire dozens of editors. I’d rather find one or two great people that I can continue sending work to as my agency grows.
