Video Editor for Faceless YouTube Channel

Hey everyone! We are a small YouTube Automation company building a small, highly aligned team to develop and scale faceless YouTube channels with a long-term vision. At the moment, we are looking for an experienced YouTube Video Editor to collaborate with us as we launch a new channel. This role is intended for professionals with hands-on experience in video editing, specifically within faceless YouTube channels. The channel will be in the nostalgia niche, with a strong focus on vintage America in the 60s - 90s. Familiarity with this type of content—and an understanding of what performs in this niche—is essential. We focus on clear processes, consistent quality, and steady improvement rather than rushed output. This is not a “quick test” or short-term gig—we are intentionally building channels meant to last. The collaboration will start on a project basis, allowing both sides to confirm fit and workflow alignment. From there, the goal is to grow into a long-term retainer or full-time collaboration for the right person. This channel is also the first of several projects we plan to develop, so strong collaborators will have the opportunity to grow alongside us as the company expands.
