Video Editor for Fast-Growing DTC Brand — AI-Generated + Scripted Ad Creatives (6 Concepts/Week)

We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand looking for a talented video editor to join our creative team and produce high-performing video ads on a consistent weekly schedule. What you'll be doing: You'll work from scripts written by our in-house scriptwriter and turn them into polished, scroll-stopping ad creatives. This includes a mix of: AI-generated content ads (AI voiceovers, AI avatars/founder-style videos, AI b-roll, etc.) Editing existing footage we provide (product videos, UGC, founder content) Blending AI-generated elements with real footage for hybrid ad creatives Weekly output: 6 ad concepts per week 3 variations per concept (different hooks, openers, or formats) 18 total deliverables weekly What we're looking for: Proven experience editing direct-response video ads for DTC/e-commerce brands (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) Hands-on experience with AI video tools (e.g., HeyGen, Arcads, Veo, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar) Ability to follow scripts closely while bringing creative ideas to hooks, pacing, and visuals Strong understanding of what makes paid social ads convert — hooks, captions, pacing, sound design Reliable, deadline-driven, and able to maintain consistent weekly volume Strong communication and ability to take feedback and iterate quickly To apply, please include: A portfolio with examples of DTC ad creatives you've edited (bonus if they include AI-generated elements) The AI and Editing tools you currently work with Your turnaround time and weekly capacity This is an ongoing, long-term role for the right person.
