Video Editor for Founder Story Reel

Hi! I'm the founder of an Australian app built for FIFO (Fly-in, Fly-out) workers. Pre-launch, building founder-led content for Instagram and TikTok. Looking for an editor who can take raw b-roll footage and turn it into an engaging, cinematic story reel - and help me think through the best narration approach before we record. The style: Think @founded. Third-person documentary-style narration over b-roll. Cinematic but raw, authentic over polished. Reference: @founded on Instagram. Before we record: I'd like your input on narration - whether to use a hired Aussie voiceover artist, an AI voice clone, or another approach, based on what will actually cut best for this style.
