AI Video Editor for Health & Wellness

We're a growing DTC ecommerce company in the men's health and wellness space looking for a skilled AI video creator/editor to produce short-form video ads for Meta and other paid channels. What you'll do: Take scripts we provide and turn them into fully produced, ad-ready videos using AI video tools (avatar/UGC-style, B-roll assembly, motion graphics, etc.) Edit and polish AI-generated footage into a clean, professional final cut Occasionally develop original video concepts/ideas based on creative briefs Iterate quickly based on performance feedback and testing rounds Deliver multiple format/length variants (25–60 second cuts) for testing What we're looking for: Proven experience with AI video generation tools (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia, Arcads, ElevenLabs, Runway, CapCut, or similar) Strong sense of pacing, hook structure, and direct-response ad editing (not just pretty video — video that converts) Comfortable working from a script and making smart creative calls on visuals/pacing Bonus: experience with health, wellness, or supplement/DTC ad creative Reliable communication and fast turnaround on revisions Project details: Ongoing, recurring work — we produce new ad concepts regularly Please share your portfolio/reel and note your typical turnaround time per video Full brand and product details will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the interview process (NDA required before full brief)
