Video Editor for Interview Footage (possibly 1 - 2 projects per month)

I need a video editor that can take 25 minutes of raw interview footage and edit it down to a powerful 2 - 3 minute video. The interviews are with mothers and their 6 - 12 year old child, who have successfully improved their reading by using our reading program. The ideal candidate will have experience in storytelling and video editing, ensuring the final product is engaging and concise. The project requires expert proficiency and is expected to be completed in less than a month. The finished 2 - 3 minute video will be used on our website: www.TUNEintoREADING.com and in emails to our customer base. I currently have a backlog of about 8 interviews (each one being about 20 - 30 minutes long.)
