Video Editor for LinkedIn & Instagram Interview Series (English) I’m looking for a creative video editor to help produce a professional interview series for the SPE Diversity & Inclusion Committee. This project is for the first interview, but I’m hoping to find someone I can work with on future interviews as well. Project Overview The source video is approximately 9–10 minutes long and is in English. The interview contains three questions, and I would like the editor to create three separate short videos, with each video focusing on one question and its answer. The editor should be comfortable understanding spoken English so they can make natural edits, remove unnecessary pauses, improve the pacing, and produce an engaging final result. Scope of Work For each interview: * Review the full interview. * Edit the content into three separate videos (one per question). * Trim pauses, filler, and unnecessary sections while keeping the conversation natural. * Add clean transitions where appropriate. * Include professional English subtitles/captions. * Create one custom cover thumbnail for each video. Each thumbnail should include: * A photo of me. * A photo of the interview guest. * The SPE logo and the SPE Diversity & Inclusion branding/logo. * A clear, engaging title that reflects the question being discussed (for example, “What’s the Biggest Barrier to Disability Inclusion?”). * A clean, professional design using the SPE brand colors and style. I will provide the logos and branding references. Deliverables * 3 professionally edited videos in MP4 format, ready for posting on LinkedIn and Instagram. * 3 matching cover thumbnails. * Editable project files, if available. What I’m Looking For * Strong experience editing interview or podcast-style videos. * Excellent understanding of spoken English. * Experience creating engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram. * Good graphic design skills for thumbnails. * Attention to detail and a clean, professional editing style.
