Video Editor for Long-Form Educational Content

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented video editor to join me on an ongoing basis. This isn't a one-off gig as I want to build a long-term working relationship with someone I can hand footage to and trust to deliver a polished final product without me having to micromanage. I run two brands; a digital coaching business and a client I manage content for. Both require a consistent flow of long-form educational videos (between 10 and 40 minutes each). Volume will vary week to week. What you'll be editing: Each video is built from four core elements that need to be assembled into one clean, flowing edit: - Main talking head — me on camera, front-facing - Full-screen slides — pre-made decks I'll provide, cut to relevant moments in the talk - Side-by-side layout — talking head and slide visible simultaneously - Screenshare — Clips from tutorials recorded from my screen The job is to take these three formats and stitch them together in a way that feels intentional and follows the flow of what I'm teaching. The slides need to land at the right moment not before or after. Pacing and flow matter here. You will need to edit out rough takes, silences and slip ups.
