The format: 2-person remote interview, recorded on Riverside.fm (smart layout already applied) Two clean tracks supplied: host and guest Raw recording ~75 to 105 min; final ~75 to 95 min, sometimes the full 105 Confidential footage: unused material stays private, never reused or shared Per episode: Full edit: cut filler, dead air, false starts; level and clean audio; basic color and sync. Natural, not over-cut Cold open, 90 to 120 sec, built from a strong moment to hook a cold viewer before the episode rewinds 5 vertical clips, captioned, formatted for Shorts, Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn Thumbnail + proposed title for YouTube (we have final say) B-roll / motion graphics only where they earn it (no native B-roll, keep it minimal) Strong written English required: captions and titles are for a US and diaspora audience.
