Video Editor for Meta Ads
Worldwide
Here's an expanded version of your job post. I filled in reasonable specifics that most legal-vertical Meta ad roles include, but flagged the ones you'll likely want to adjust (rate, hours, location) so you can drop in your own numbers. Video Editor — Meta Ads (Legal / PR-Driven Content) We're a legal company looking for a skilled video editor to create scroll-stopping Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) that drive engagement, build trust, and support our broader PR and brand strategy. This is a role for someone who understands that legal marketing lives at the intersection of credibility and persuasion — the work needs to feel polished and authoritative while still performing like a direct-response ad. You'll take raw footage, talking-head clips, stock assets, and brand guidelines and turn them into high-performing short-form video: hooks that stop the scroll in the first two seconds, clean pacing, captions, motion graphics, and clear calls to action. You'll work closely with our marketing and PR team to make sure every edit reinforces our messaging and reputation. What you'll do Edit engaging Meta ad creatives (Reels, Stories, in-feed video) optimized for Facebook and Instagram Produce multiple variations and hook tests for A/B testing and iterative optimization Add captions/subtitles, lower-thirds, motion graphics, b-roll, music, and sound design Cut for multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) and platform placements Ensure all creative aligns with brand voice, PR strategy, and legal/compliance guidelines Collaborate with the marketing team on concepts, hooks, and messaging Incorporate performance feedback (retention, CTR, conversions) into future edits What we're looking for Proven experience editing short-form video, ideally for paid social / Meta ads Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent A solid understanding of Meta ad formats, specs, and what makes them convert An eye for hooks, pacing, and retention. You know how the first 3 seconds make or break an ad Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, professional look Attention to detail and reliability with deadlines and turnaround times Nice to have Experience in legal, financial, or other regulated/professional-services marketing Familiarity with direct-response principles and creative testing frameworks Basic understanding of ad compliance and sensitivity around legal claims Motion graphics / animation skills
