We’re looking for a skilled video editor experienced in paid social ads footage video editors and agency promotional videos. Milestone 1: Real Estate Conference Video Ads Create 4–6 video ad promoting a real estate conference. Deliverables: 4–6 video concepts Each concept delivered in: 9:16 Reel 1:1 Square 16:9 Landscape Maximum 30 seconds Strong opening hook, overlay text, CTA, transitions, and relevant B-roll Footage and scripts will be provided Royalty-free footage may be added when needed Videos must be optimized for Meta advertising Budget: $200–$250 per video, including all three formats 2 round of reviews. Agency Homepage Promo Video Create a 30–60 second landscape video for the AlCaz Media homepage showcasing: Client ads and campaign work AlCaz Media’s services and USPs Professional motion graphics and text animation Modern transitions A premium digital agency style Brand Guide, fonts, concept, footage and script will be provided. Budget: $200–$400, depending on portfolio quality and editing level. 2. Premium Reel Editing Edit 11 premium Reels, each under 30 seconds, using provided footage, overlay text, animation, sound design, B-roll, and creative transitions. We’re specifically looking for premium-quality editing similar to the references below, not basic social media editing.
