Summary

We're a growing e-commerce supplement brand looking to bring on one or more hourly video editors to help us produce high-performing ad creative. We are a paid-media first company, so this role is focused on creative that drives success across paid channels, primarily Meta. About the role This is a performance-driven role. We're not looking for someone who just cuts clips together, we want an editor who thinks like a creative strategist, understands what makes an ad convert, and gets excited when a video they edited drives real revenue. You'll be working across a range of paid ad formats, including: UGC-style ads (raw, authentic, scroll-stopping) Mashups and remix-style edits pulling from multiple sources Polished, high-production shoot footage edited into ads Founder-led and team-led creatives (talking head, story-driven, POV) Slideshow and image-based video ads AI-generated ad concepts (we may test a few, comfort with AI tools is a huge plus) Testimonial and review-based ads Listicle, tier-list and "X reasons why" style ads with green screens Problem/solution and before/after style ads Native-feel content (podcast clips, street interviews, reaction-style once we get to that moment) Comparison and demo ads What we're looking for Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve Proven experience editing direct-response ads, especially UGC and short-form social Solid understanding of Meta ads, what performs in-feed vs. Reels vs. Stories, and how creative drives results A fast, efficient workflow, you can turn around revisions quickly without sacrificing quality A creative brain: you bring hooks, pacing ideas, and concepts to the table, not just execution Strong understanding of creative diversity, you can suggest fresh formats and angles to test on a weekly basis Solid instincts for sound design, aesthetic, clean captions, pacing, and retention Bonus: experience in the supplement, health, fitness, or DTC e-commerce space Bonus: familiarity with the Muslim market or cultural context (not a requirement, but a huge plus) What we're offering Hourly contract with consistent, ongoing work for the right people A collaborative environment where your creative input is valued Opportunity to grow with the brand as we scale To apply, please include: A short note on why this role interests you Links to 2–3 examples of paid ads you've edited (UGC, mashup, founder-led, and/or shoot-based), even better if you have performance metrics from your clients (case studies) Your hourly rate and typical turnaround time Software you primarily edit in Any experience with AI video tools (optional)
