Summary

I’m looking to begin small and scale based on the quality of the work, communication, consistency, and results. Ideally, I want to find one editor who can grow into a long-term creative partner across my brand ecosystem. For the initial 30-day phase, here is the content scope: BRANDS • Elvis Guillermo personal brand • Forged to Rise podcast and movement • Pro2Peak health and human-performance platform PUBLISHING GOAL • 4–6 short-form videos per week • 2 long-form YouTube videos or podcast episodes per month CONTENT I WILL PROVIDE • Direct-to-camera recordings • Podcast interviews • Voiceovers with B-roll • Travel and lifestyle footage • Faith, personal-growth, and resilience content • Educational health and human-performance content • Business, entrepreneurship, and leadership content TYPICAL FOOTAGE LENGTH • Direct-to-camera recordings: approximately 5–12 minutes of raw footage, usually edited into a 45–90-second final video • Podcasts/interviews: approximately 45–60 minutes • Travel or event footage: approximately 30–60 minutes of organized footage per project, depending on the story PODCAST DELIVERABLES From each podcast episode, I would typically need: • One complete YouTube episode • Three to five short-form clips • One promotional trailer • One YouTube thumbnail EDITING STYLE I want a combination of premium storytelling and efficient branded editing. The more important videos should include: • Strong opening hooks • Story and pacing development • Strategic B-roll • Music and sound design • Professional color correction/grading • Clean captions and on-screen text • Motion graphics when they add value • Retention-focused editing • A polished, cinematic, emotionally engaging feel Frequent educational or direct-to-camera clips can use a cleaner, more streamlined editing style while still feeling premium and consistent with the brand. EDITOR RESPONSIBILITIES I would need you to: • Review the footage and identify the strongest moments • Help shape the hook and story structure • Remove repetition, pauses, and anything that weakens the message • Find appropriate licensed music and stock footage when needed • Improve on-screen wording and captions • Create thumbnails for long-form YouTube content • Resize and format videos for the appropriate platforms The platforms will include Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, podcast platforms, and Pro2Peak. You would not be responsible for uploading, scheduling, publishing, or organizing my overall Content Vault at this stage. TURNAROUND My preferred turnaround would be: • Short-form videos: approximately 3–5 business days • Long-form podcast episodes: approximately 5–7 business days • Content delivered in a consistent weekly batch whenever possible Occasionally, I may need a 24–48-hour turnaround, but that would be discussed separately rather than treated as the normal expectation. Please provide pricing for: 1. A 30-day trial based on this initial workload 2. An ongoing monthly package for 4–6 shorts per week and 2 long-form episodes per month 3. Any additional cost for urgent edits, extra short-form clips, or additional long-form videos The 4–6 weekly short-form videos will come from a mixture of podcast clips and separate content. Some shorts will be extracted from podcast episodes, while others will come from direct-to-camera recordings, voiceovers with B-roll, travel and lifestyle footage, and educational content. Because I plan to release two podcast episodes per month, I expect each episode to generate approximately three to five strong short-form clips. The remaining weekly content will come from separate recordings or footage that I provide. The goal is 4–6 total short-form videos per week across all content sources—not 4–6 additional shorts on top of the podcast clips. Please also share examples of your strongest work involving storytelling, podcasts, personal brands, educational content, and cinematic short-form videos.
