Video Editor for Podcast — 3 Trial Episodes (Ongoing Potential)

I run a podcast and need a skilled video/audio editor to handle post-production. The topic is discussions about learning music (practicing, performing etc). Looking to start with 1 episode as a trial — if it's a good fit, this becomes ongoing work. What you'll be working with: Multi-cam footage: iPhone, computer webcam, and Osmo 3 Audio recorded separately (needs syncing) Episode length: either 45 minutes, 60 minutes or 120 minutes, depending on the sample. We agree on price after you see the sample. What I need: Sync multi-cam footage with separate audio Cut between camera angles for a clean, professional viewing experience Add on-screen visuals/graphics to underscore key topics (I'll provide direction/notes per episode) Color correction and audio cleanup (noise reduction, leveling) Deliver a polished full-length episode Cut 3-5 short clips per episode for social media (vertical format) You should have: Strong portfolio of podcast or long-form video editing (please share samples) Experience syncing multi-camera + separate audio Eye for pacing — knowing when to cut, when to hold Comfortable taking creative direction and running with it Reliable communication and turnaround Process: Trial: 1 episode, paid individually If it's a strong fit, this turns into ongoing recurring work Turnaround: 1 week per episode from raw footage delivery Budget: Fixed price per episode — please include your rate and turnaround estimate in your proposal, along with 1-2 relevant samples after seeing the sample.
