We're looking for someone who understands how to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping reels that showcase our projects, craftsmanship, and brand. What You'll Be Doing Edit raw video footage into engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content. Add text overlays, transitions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics that enhance storytelling and viewer engagement. Follow current social media trends while maintaining our brand identity. Collaborate with our team to understand content goals and bring creative ideas to each project. Organize and manage video files for easy access and future use. Make revisions based on feedback and deliver content on time. Maintain consistent quality across all video content. What We're Looking For Proven experience editing short-form social media videos. A strong portfolio showcasing reels, TikToks, or similar content. Experience in real estate, construction, home improvement, interior design, or related industries is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software. Strong understanding of social media trends, hooks, pacing, and audience retention.
