Video Editor for Short-Form UGC Ad Creatives

We're a small team producing short-form video ads UGC-style hooks + POV What you'll do: Stitch together AI-generated video clips (2–4 pieces per creative) into finished vertical 9:16 ads Add and time subtitles/captions to match the dialogue Light sound work — sync audio, balance levels, add ambient/SFX where needed Apply simple effects and transitions to keep cuts clean and natural Follow a provided package per creative: clips + reference + script + effect markers What we're looking for: Solid experience editing short-form vertical content (TikTok / Reels / Shorts style) Comfortable with fast turnaround and a steady weekly pipeline Good eye for pacing — our creatives live or die on the first few seconds Basic audio mixing skills (you don't need to be a sound engineer, but clean levels matter) Reliable communication and ability to hit recurring deadlines Nice to have: Experience with ad creatives / performance marketing content Familiarity with handling multilingual subtitle versions This is ongoing work with consistent volume — we want to build a long-term relationship with one editor rather than hire per-project. ⚠️ Required: include a portfolio or samples of your work (2–3 short-form vertical edits).
