Video Editor for Spanish Online Course – Screen Recording, Slides and Webcam

- Job description I am looking for a freelance video editor to edit a Spanish online course about public procurement and construction contracts. The course will be recorded by the instructor using OBS. The format will mainly be slides with a webcam overlay. This is not a YouTube-style project. I am looking for a clean, professional and consistent editing style suitable for an online technical/legal training course. The final course will be used as an asynchronous online training product for architects, engineers and construction professionals. - Project scope The full course will include approximately: 10 modules. 60 to 90 short lessons. Each lesson will usually be between 8 and 15 minutes. Estimated final duration: 16 to 20 hours of edited video. Before editing the full course, I would like to start with a paid pilot of 2 or 3 videos in order to validate the editing style, audio quality, intro, outro and export settings. - Tasks For each video, the editor will be expected to: Trim the beginning and end. Remove obvious mistakes, repeated sentences and long pauses. Improve and normalize audio. Reduce background noise if needed. Add a short intro with music. Add a lesson title screen. Keep a consistent visual template. Add a common outro. Export the final video in MP4, 1080p. Name and organize files by module and lesson. Editing style The editing style should be: Clean. Professional. Simple. Consistent. Suitable for online education. Not flashy. Not YouTube-style. No background music during the lesson. Music should only be used in the intro and/or outro. - Materials provided I will provide: Raw OBS recordings. Course slides. Course logo/branding. Editing instructions. Module and lesson structure. Visual reference for the desired format. Music must be licensed for commercial use. The editor may suggest suitable licensed music, or I may provide it. - Required skills The ideal freelancer should have experience with: Editing online courses. Editing screen recordings. Working with slides and webcam overlay. Basic audio cleanup. Creating simple intros and outros. Organizing large video projects by batches. The freelancer must understand Spanish, because the course is taught in Spanish and the editor needs to identify mistakes, repetitions and pauses. - Workflow The project will be organized as follows: Paid pilot with 2 or 3 videos. Review and approval of the editing style. Editing by batches. Review and minor corrections. Final delivery of all edited videos. The full course will not be delivered all at once.
