Video Editor for Talking Head Ads (B-Roll, Captions, Light Motion)

I run a marketing agency for contractors and I'm looking for a video editor to cut a batch of short-form ads for one of my clients. IMPORTANT: Please send me your approximate cost quote for the full project (all 15 ads), not your hourly rate, along with your turnaround time. Here's the project: It's 3 unique base scripts with 5 unique hooks per script, so 15 video ads total, only vertical footage. I'll give you a script sheet that lays out exactly which hooks pair with which base script and in what order. The base scripts come out to about 40 seconds each once they're cut down, and the hooks are short, around 5 to 10 seconds each. You'll be parsing through the raw footage, cutting it up and finding the best take of him saying each line, then building the full ad. It's talking head footage, so you'll lay b-roll over some parts of it (also provided in folder), add captions, and put in minor animations to keep it engaging. To be clear on style: I'm not looking for cheap CapCut-style captions or cheesy app-template animations. I want clean, real motion graphics on certain parts of the video, the kind that look professionally designed, not like they came out of a phone app - I've attached a couple of screenshots of what type of editing style im looking for from other ads as reference. All the footage is organized into files, though a few have multiple hooks bundled together, so you'll parse through and pull the right ones. No grayscale or analog footage. Light background music is fine. The audio is already in the video, but I'll include separate audio files too if you'd rather work from those. I have a Dropbox folder with everything ready to share once we connect. If this goes well there's ongoing work, since I run ads like these for multiple clients every month.
