Video Editor for Volleyball Event

We are looking for a creative video editor to edit an energetic aftermovie of a volleyball tournament and anniversary celebration. This will initially be a paid test project. If the collaboration, communication and final result are good, there may be more editing work available in the future, including event videos, weddings, travel content, hospitality projects and promotional videos. PROJECT The footage was recorded during a volleyball event with approximately 67 teams. The event included volleyball matches, spectators, celebrations, a speech by the mayor and an evening party. We want the final video to feel energetic, professional and engaging. It should show both the sports atmosphere during the day and the celebration in the evening. DELIVERABLES * One complete event aftermovie * Estimated final duration: approximately 1.5 to 3 minutes * Professional pacing and storytelling * Music selection or editing to provided music * Sound design and use of natural event audio where appropriate * Basic color correction and color grading * Clean transitions without excessive effects * Final delivery in 4K or Full HD * One vertical social-media version or short teaser may be discussed * Up to two reasonable revision rounds FOOTAGE The footage has already been recorded and will be shared digitally after hiring. More information about the footage, preferred music and reference videos will be provided to the selected editor. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Experience editing event, festival, sports or aftermovie content * A strong sense of timing, music and storytelling * Good communication in English * Ability to meet agreed deadlines * Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro * Attention to sound design and color * Willingness to follow feedback and make revisions This is a paid test project.
