Video Editor for YouTube

I'm starting a brand new youtube channel from scratch and need to find a consistent editor who can help me produce the final video content. I'm looking at 2 videos per week to start, then 1 after initial 90 days if successful. From each video I would like your opinion of if we can produce the follow: 1 long form video:- Between 6-11 minutes long with odd one that will be longer. Then turning each long form video into 4 shorts covering a big mistake, quick tips, a myth, and a stat to push people to watch the long form video. in 90 days I'm looking to build 30 long form videos, 90 youtube shorts (which will be used cross platform). Which will hopefully gain us 2000 subscribers and 4000+ watch hours. How does that sound? Feel free to contact me to discuss further.
