We are looking for a creative and performance-driven AI Video Editor to join our team on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate understands direct-response marketing, UGC content, and how to use AI tools to create engaging ad creatives that drive conversions. *Responsibilities:* * Edit short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram * Create multiple hook and CTA variations * Use AI tools for voiceovers, avatars, image generation, and creative enhancements * Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and transitions * Follow creative briefs and deliver platform-native content * Source and organize b-roll when needed *Requirements:* * Experience editing direct-response and UGC ads * Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and conversion-focused storytelling * Proficient with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software * Familiar with AI tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Higgsfield, or similar * Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines *What We Offer:* * Long-term collaboration * Consistent workload * Flexible remote work * Opportunity to grow with multiple eCommerce brands Please apply with your portfolio and examples of AI-assisted ad creatives you’ve worked on.
