About Us Freedom Accelerator is the largest YouTube automation coaching program in the world. We teach everyday people how to build faceless, AI-powered YouTube channels that generate income. We are scaling our paid advertising aggressively and need a world-class creative operator who can execute at volume without sacrificing quality. This is not an agency job. This is an in-house role at the center of a fast-moving performance marketing team that treats creative as a growth lever, not a design exercise. The Role We are looking for a full-time video and image editor who lives inside direct response creative. You understand that an ad is not beautiful for its own sake it stops the scroll, earns the next second, and converts. You have done this at volume for DTC ecommerce brands, you know what winning creative looks like, and you can bring those instincts into the info and education space. You will be editing 40 to 50 pieces of ad creative per week across video and static formats. This is a high-output, high-accountability role. You will own your output and be expected to improve it week over week using real performance data from our media buyer. As this department grows, so will your career. This role is built to transition into a creative leadership position. The right person will eventually spearhead and lead our entire creative team. There will also be room for bonuses and growth based on your performance. What You Will Do Edit and produce 40 to 50 pieces of ad creative per week across video and static formats Create AI-powered talking head UGC ads using tools like HeyGen, Creatify, or equivalent Build video mashups, pattern interrupts, hooks, and testimonial edits optimized for cold traffic on Meta and YouTube Execute static image ads across formats including comparison grids, text-on-object, social proof screenshots, and lifestyle overlays Collaborate directly with our creative strategist to turn scripts and briefs into finished ad assets Use performance data to iterate on what is underperforming and double down on what is working Stay current on what is converting across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube and bring those insights to the team proactively Maintain a structured creative library so assets are organized for rapid testing and iteration Contribute ideas, not just execution — we want someone who notices what is missing and brings solutions What We Are Looking For Example of work that were looking for: (link removed) Non-negotiable: Editing high-volume ad creative for DTC ecommerce brands or direct response offers Proven experience working alongside a creative strategist or performance marketing team Demonstrated ability to produce 40 or more pieces of creative per week without quality breaking down Experience with AI UGC tools — HeyGen, Creatify, or similar A portfolio of video and static ads that actually ran at spend and produced results Technical skills: Expert-level in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve Proficiency in Photoshop and After Effects or equivalent motion tools Comfortable with CapCut for rapid mobile-native edits Familiar with AI video generation tools and willing to learn new platforms fast Who you are: You build for conversion, not aesthetics You are fast without being careless — volume is not an excuse for weak work You want to see how your edits perform and you use that data to get better You communicate clearly and flag problems early, not at the deadline You are genuinely interested in the info and education space and excited to help build something from the ground up How to Apply We review applications based on proof, not resumes.
