Video-Editor for short form content

We're Ignite Marketing, a German advertising agency based in Halle (Saale), working with mid-sized businesses across Germany. We help our clients grow through web design, social media management, and paid advertising on Meta and Google. What we need: We're looking for a reliable video editor to cut and produce short-form content on an ongoing basis — Reels, TikToks, short ad videos, and social media clips. Raw footage will be provided (smartphone and camera material). You deliver polished, ready-to-post videos and we together let great things happen! :) Your tasks: - Cutting and editing short-form videos (15–90 sec) - Adding subtitles, transitions, music, and basic motion graphics - Adapting content for different formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) What we're looking for: - Strong portfolio of short-form social content - Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci or similar - Good eye for trends, pacing, and music - Reliable, communicative, and self-organized - German level B2 or better What we offer: - Long-term collaboration — this is not a one-off project - Regular volume of videos per month - Clear briefings and direct communication - Room to grow as the agency scales Please apply with your portfolio and start your application with the word "ignite".
