We are looking to have someone scrape top performing Meta/Youtube video ads and then recreate them with our angles using HeyGen/Capcut etc. How to apply Skip the generic cover letter. Strong performers move into a full-time ongoing role What we're looking for -Strong portfolio of short-form ad or social content -Hands-on experience with AI video tools (Veo, Kling, Runway, Pika, Minimax, or similar) -Sharp eye for hooks, pacing, and retention -E-commerce or direct-response ad experience is a big plus -Reliable, fast, and receptive to creative direction What you'll be doing -Editing fast-paced video ads for Meta -Integrating AI-generated clips and B-roll -Working alongside our creative team on a high volume of content We review portfolios first — make yours count.
