Video Editor (YouTube Long-Form Content) – Ongoing Work Start Date ASAP (Immediate Start Available) Rate: USD $15 per video/project About the Project: Most videos consist primarily of screen recordings and Miro board presentations, requiring minimal editing. The main focus is ensuring a smooth viewing experience and creating an engaging introduction that keeps viewers watching. Typical Video Length: 5–10 minutes Responsibilities: - Edit long-form YouTube videos - Cut mistakes, awkward pauses, and unnecessary sections - Perform basic color correction/color grading - Ensure audio levels are clear and consistent throughout the video - Create engaging intro sequences using: Captions, Text overlays, B-roll footage, & Basic motion graphics (when appropriate) - Maintain clean zooming and framing throughout the video - Export videos according to provided specifications Editing Breakdown: - 80–85% of the video: Miro board and screen recordings with straightforward editing (cuts, cleanup, pacing) - 15–20% of the video: Intro/outro editing requiring additional creativity, including captions, text animations, and supporting B-roll Requirements: - Experience editing YouTube content - Strong attention to detail - Ability to maintain professional audio and video quality - Familiarity with educational, business, or tutorial-style content - Ability to deliver projects on time - Good communication and responsiveness We are looking for someone who can start immediately and potentially work with us on an ongoing basis.
