Video Editor

We are looking for a creative video editor for a series of Instagram reels. The videos are around 60 seconds long and feature a speaker sitting in a podcast-style studio, talking about the story of different brands, businesses, and ideas. The editing style should be highly engaging and optimized for Instagram retention. We want the editor to visually support the speaker’s narration by adding: Relevant stock footage Images Video overlays Visual references related to what the speaker is talking about Sound design Dynamic cuts and pacing For example: If the speaker talks about a company, product, historical moment, customer experience, success story, or business concept, we want related visuals and footage to appear on screen while the speaker is talking. This is NOT a basic talking-head edit. The goal is to create visually engaging storytelling reels that constantly keep the audience interested. We have multiple videos for this project. This first video will be used as a test project, and if we are happy with the collaboration and quality, we are open to long-term ongoing work for future videos.
