Title: Video Editor Needed for Short-Form Ads, Testimonials, and Partnership Content We’re looking for a sharp video editor who can take long-form footage, customer testimonials, event clips, founder videos, and raw partnership content and turn it into polished short-form videos for ads, social, and brand/partnership campaigns. We need someone who understands pacing, hooks, captions, storytelling, and how to make business content feel credible without making it feel overly corporate or boring. What you’ll work on: Cutting long-form videos into high-performing short clips Editing customer testimonial videos Creating short-form ads for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and paid campaigns Turning event footage and founder clips into partnership/brand videos Adding captions, clean transitions, music, graphics, and light motion where needed Helping identify the strongest moments from raw footage What we’re looking for: Strong short-form editing experience Good sense of hooks, pacing, and storytelling Ability to make B2B/startup content feel modern and high-quality Experience editing testimonial videos, founder-led content, ads, or event footage Fast turnaround and strong communication Ability to take direction but also suggest better creative angles
