We’re looking for a skilled Reels editor to join us on an ongoing basis. This is not a one-off gig — if the first batch is strong, we want a long-term working relationship. Talking-head educational reels. The presenter speaks directly to camera, delivering structured financial insight in 60-90 seconds. The format follows a clear script structure — hook, context, stake, payout, CTA. Your job is to make that structure land visually. Think: clean, minimal, warm. Data-driven content with strong on-screen text overlays and accurate captions. Not flashy. Not trend-chasing. The content earns trust through clarity, not entertainment. Reference aesthetic: calm, professional, content-forward. Cream and orange palette. No busy graphics, no stock footage inserts, no dramatic sound effects. • Receive raw iPhone footage and a written script per reel • Edit to 60-90 seconds, maintaining the script’s structural flow • Add burned-in captions — accurate timing is non-negotiable • Add on-screen text overlays at key moments (numbers, key terms, keywords) • Colour grade to a warm, consistent look across all content • Apply background music — subtle, never competing with voice • Deliver in 1080x1920 (9:16), MP4, under 100MB • Turnaround: 24-48 hours per reel • Volume: 3-4 reels per week ongoing REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 2 years editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) • Portfolio that includes talking-head or educational content — not just music videos or lifestyle content • Accurate subtitle/caption experience — we will test this in the paid trial • Responsive — replies to messages within a few hours during working days • Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve — tell us which you use
