It is not the payment for one video and does not guarantee that one freelancer will receive $10,000. Individual videos up to 30 minutes will be paid at a flat rate of $30 to $45. Applicants should submit their best all-inclusive competitive bid within this range. Selection will be based on the best combination of competitive pricing and demonstrated skill level, including portfolio quality, character consistency, visual quality, and ability to follow the project requirements. The lowest bid will not automatically be selected. Longer videos may be discussed after a successful initial project. Do not submit an hourly rate or a price per finished minute.
