AI Video Enhancement — Turn Raw Self-Improvement Clips into Highlight-Style Content

Summary

Project type: Short-term test project (5–8 sample videos), with potential for ongoing work About NANO (Nano.com) NANO is a 30-day personal-achievement app. Members pick one goal — daily movement, a workout, real meals, learning a skill, or daily gratitude — and post a short (up to 20-second) live-camera "proof" video every day to show they showed up. It's the social app that actually makes you follow through on what you set out to do. The raw videos are intentionally simple and low-effort: someone tired after a walk, a plate of food, five seconds of guitar practice, a face before and after a workout. That's by design — we keep posting frictionless. Your job is to take those plain clips and turn them into something genuinely fun to watch — the way a sports network turns a routine play into a highlight. What we're testing We want to see how much entertainment value AI tools can add to ordinary check-in footage. We'll send you a handful of real (anonymized/consented) proof clips, plus a set of brand assets (logo and achievement badges). For each clip, you'll produce two distinct treatments so we can compare approaches on the same footage. The key technique: blend AI with the real footage — don't replace it. The actual person and their real moment must stay at the center. AI is the enhancement layer on top: generated backgrounds, motion graphics, transitions, effects, captions, and atmosphere woven around and into the original clip. We want the authentic human moment supercharged, not swapped out for a synthetic one. Explore a range of approaches — surprise us. For example: a. Sports-highlight / "SportsCenter" treatment — dynamic captions, on-screen stats (streak, day count, minutes), motion graphics, energetic pacing. b. Cinematic before/after — moody color grade, a "Before: no energy → After: clear head" narrative arc, dual-camera picture-in-picture (environment + face). c. Motivational / commentary style — an editorial voiceover or caption layer that frames the moment as a small win ("Long day. Late night. Still showed up."). d. Comeback / story arc — turning a clip into a mini three-act story: the struggle, the decision, the result. e. Bold graphic / social-first — high-contrast titles, kinetic typography, designed for vertical feed and silent autoplay. We're not looking for one "right" style — the two treatments per clip should be meaningfully different so we can see the spectrum. Use any AI video, captioning, voice, or motion-graphics tools you prefer (Runway, Pika, Kling, CapCut, After Effects, ElevenLabs, etc.). Hard requirements (every deliverable) a. Two distinct treatments per clip — two genuinely different styles on the same footage, not minor variations. b. Blend AI with the provided footage — enhance the real clip; keep the real person as the protagonist. Don't replace the human moment with fully synthetic or stock content. Include the NANO logo (asset provided) — clean placement, on brand. c. Integrate the achievement badges we provide (Duolingo-style — streak, milestones, day count, etc.) naturally into each video, as animated or graphic elements. d. End every video with the tagline: "Get paid to reach your goals." Keep it short and feed-native (vertical, ~15–30 seconds), built for silent autoplay. What you deliver a.. The finished enhanced videos — two treatments per clip. b. The exact prompts you used — every AI prompt, tool, and setting for each video, written up clearly so we can reproduce and iterate on the workflow ourselves. This is as important as the videos themselves. Please organize it per-clip and per-treatment. To apply Send 1–2 examples of similar AI-enhanced video work (especially anything that blends real footage with AI), tell us which tools you'd reach for, and note your turnaround time for the sample batch. Strong candidates may move into ongoing weekly work as we scale.
