Job Description: We are looking for a highly creative and experienced AI Video Expert to produce engaging, scroll-stopping UGC-style video advertisements for our skincare and cosmetic brand. Our goal is to create premium, authentic, and high-converting video content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and product sales across social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. What You'll Be Doing Create realistic and engaging UGC-style AI video ads for our skincare and cosmetic products. Use Veo 3 to produce high-quality cinematic AI videos. Write compelling hooks, scripts, and storytelling that capture attention within the first few seconds. Create videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Add captions, sound effects, music, and transitions where appropriate. Deliver polished, ready-to-publish content that aligns with our brand identity. Suggest creative concepts and marketing ideas that improve engagement and conversions. Requirements We're looking for someone who: Has proven experience creating AI-generated UGC advertisement videos. Is an expert in Veo 3. Has strong experience using AI tools for video creation (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, CapCut, etc.). Has experience promoting skincare, beauty, or cosmetic brands (preferred but not required). Understands social media marketing and current content trends. Can create videos that feel natural, authentic, and not robotic. Has excellent storytelling, editing, and creative direction skills. Can communicate clearly and meet deadlines consistently.
