AI Video Generator / AI Video Creator Needed for Photorealistic Cinematic Content

We are looking for an experienced AI Video Generator / AI Video Creator to produce photorealistic, cinematic-style video content for our brand. We're not looking for basic AI video generation with an obvious "AI look" - we need an AI Video Content Creator who can combine AI Video Generation tools with real filmmaking principles to deliver footage that looks like it was captured on a real camera: natural lighting, believable motion, and film-quality color grading. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right AI Video Generator, with potential for long-term collaboration on multiple video and image projects (AI Image Creation, AI Image Generation) as our content needs grow. About the Project We create advertising, promotional, and social media video content and are expanding into AI Video Generation to speed up production while keeping a premium, cinematic look. You'll work from creative briefs, references, and AI Image Prompt direction to generate short-form and mid-form videos (explainer video style, product showcases, brand promos) that feel real, emotionally engaging, and on-brand - not generic AI video. Responsibilities / Project Scope - Generate AI Video / AI-Generated Video content in a realistic, cinematic style (no obvious "AI look") - Write and refine AI Image Prompt and AI Video prompt sequences for consistent characters, scenes, and camera movement - Apply Video Animation and Video Advertising principles - composition, camera movement, pacing, storytelling - Video Editing & Production to assemble AI-generated shots into a cohesive final piece - Add Motion Graphics elements where needed (titles, transitions, light VFX, on-screen text) - Perform Video Color Correction / color grading for a consistent cinematic tone across shots - Handle Video Post-Editing: sound design, pacing adjustments, text-to-speech voiceover integration where needed - Use AI Image Generator / AI Image Creation tools to build reference frames, keyframes, and starting images for video generation - Adapt finished videos for different formats and platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, paid ads) Required Skills - AI Video Generator / AI Video Creator - proven hands-on experience with photorealistic output - AI-Generated Video and Artificial Intelligence video tools (image-to-video, video-to-video, upscaling) - Video Editing & Production and Video Editing fundamentals - Motion Graphics and Graphic Design skills for supporting visual elements - Videography or filmmaking background - understanding of shot composition, lighting, and camera language - Comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop for post-production - Video Advertising experience - understanding what makes video content convert Nice to Have - Experience with tools like Sora AI Video, Midjourney, -Synthesia, or similar AI video / AI image platforms - Background in AI Image Creation, AI Image Prompt engineering, or AI Image Generation - Experience with text-to-speech voiceover tools for explainer video content - Social Media Marketing experience, especially adapting content for TikTok and Reels/Shorts - A directing or cinematography background (film school, commercial directing, etc.) Deliverables A short-form video (20 sec) in photorealistic cinematic style, final cut delivered in 1080p/4K, fully color-graded and ready for social/ad use.
