Film or video grad to evaluate and improve AI video output

PathLLM.ai is an agentic AI platform for enterprise commerce. We run AI agent chains that produce brand-safe video at catalog scale. We need someone with a real eye for video to tell us when the output is wrong, and to fix the chain so it stops being wrong. You will not be editing. You will not be coding. You will become a leading AI Engineer in 3 months. This is an entry-level role. Final-year students and recent graduates are exactly who we are looking for. What you will do: - Run our agentic video production chains end to end and grade the output like a filmmaker, not like a viewer - Call out where it falls short: lighting, composition, motion artifacts, pacing, brand consistency - Configure the chain definitions that control how agents sequence, branch, and gate quality. This is a declarative configuration language, not programming - Design the quality checkpoints that keep output on-brand at scale - Document your standards so the platform learns from your judgment What you bring: - A body of work we can watch. Student films, a thesis project, spec ads, freelance gigs, a channel you shot yourself. It does not have to be paid work, it has to show craft - The eye. You spot bad lighting or wrong pacing without anyone pointing at it - Training or serious self-teaching in film, video, cinematography, or post - Precise, structured thinking. The configuration is not code, but it is exact - Genuine interest in AI video. You have used the tools and formed opinions about them - Strong written English for an async, distributed team 0 to 2 years of experience. Full-time remote availability, including final-year students who can commit full-time hours. Nice to have: Runway, Veo, Kling or similar. Any commercial, advertising, or brand work.
