Job Description We are looking for a talented and innovative Multimedia Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in leveraging cutting-edge AI video tools and has a strong eye for traditional graphic design to create high-converting static assets. You will be responsible for producing engaging video content and eye-catching graphics for our marketing channels and digital presence. Key Responsibilities: AI Video Generation: Create, edit, and iterate on high-quality video content using AI tools (prompting, video-to-video, text-to-video, and voice/audio synthesis). Static/Graphic Design: Design premium static assets, including social media posts, ad creatives, promotional banners, and digital graphics. Brand Consistency: Ensure all video and static content aligns perfectly with our brand identity and visual aesthetic. Content Iteration: Fast-turnaround edits based on performance data and team feedback to optimize creatives. Required Skills & Experience: AI Video Tools: Mastery of platforms like Runway (Gen-2/Gen-3), Sora, Pika, Luma Dream Machine, Midjourney (for asset generation), ElevenLabs, or similar AI software. Design & Editing Suite: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects) or Figma. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both AI-generated video work and clean, professional graphic/static design. Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Focus: Experience creating marketing or e-commerce ad creatives that drive engagement is a major plus. Budget & Project Structure: We are looking to establish a long-term relationship, but we will begin with a paid test project to ensure a great fit.
