AI Video / Image Expert Needed for Real Estate Marketing Videos We are looking for an experienced AI video and AI image specialist to help us create high-quality marketing clips for a real estate development project. The work will involve creating realistic AI-assisted visuals based on our actual villa and resort designs. For example, we have handheld video footage of myself and my business partner standing on raw land, and we want the future buildings of the project to appear and “come alive” in the background while we speak, almost like the project is being built or revealed behind us. The buildings must look very close to our real architectural designs, not just generic AI villas. We understand that AI video and image generation can be difficult to control in detail, so we are looking for someone who is very experienced with this type of work and understands how to keep designs consistent across AI-generated images and video clips. You may be helping with tasks such as: -Creating AI video clips from real footage -Adding realistic future buildings into existing video scenes -Generating AI images based on our actual villa designs -Keeping architecture, materials, proportions, and style consistent -Creating visual marketing content for social media, website, and investor presentations -Experimenting with tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, Flux, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or similar AI tools The ideal person: Has strong experience with AI video generation and AI image generation Understands realistic architecture and real estate visuals Can work from reference images, renderings, and actual video footage Is detail-oriented and can get close to the real design, not just create random AI buildings Can communicate clearly and show progress during the work Has a portfolio or examples of previous AI video/image work This is an hourly role.
