Video and PDF/Template Organizer & Editor — Clean Up and Re-Segment My Skool Course Library

I run an online community on Skool that houses my bootcamp recordings and additional course content. Over time, it's grown into a large but disorganized library — long recordings, inconsistent titles, and content scattered across the classroom with no clear learning path. There are over 36+ hours of course content, including PDFs and templates. I have some of the transcripts and course outlines for the bootcamps to help expedite your process. I'm looking for someone detail-oriented to do 4 things: 1. Reorganize the existing videos into a logical, easy-to-follow structure with proper labels and titles 2. Cut the long recordings into shorter, topic-specific clips so each video covers one clear subject. 3. Timestamps for each segment and topic covered, so information is easy to find. 4. Put coordinating PDFs and Templates in place with each video What You'll Be Doing - Review all existing videos and coordinating PDFs in my Skool classroom and take inventory of what's there. - Split long recordings (bootcamp sessions, coaching calls, webinars, etc.) into short, focused segments, one topic per clip. - Trim dead air, intros/outros, and off-topic tangents so each clip stays tight. - Apply a consistent naming convention and write clear titles (and short descriptions, if needed) for every clip. - Organize everything into a clean structure inside Skool's Classroom, in a sensible learning order. The end goal: a new member can land in the community and immediately know where to start and what to watch next.
