I run High Ticket AI Systems, a done-for-you outbound agency. I record long-form podcasts for my own brand and on behalf of my clients. I need a reliable video editor to own the full post-production and delivery process for these episodes. This is a recurring role with room to grow. As you prove you can hit the turnaround and quality bar, pay goes up. What you will do - Edit long-form podcast recordings from Riverside into clean, finished episodes - Complete each long-form edit in 2 hours or less - Schedule and post the finished content across social media channels - Send a short, professional email to the guest and to my client letting them know their episode is ready Turnaround - Long-form editing must be done in 2 hours max per episode. - Speed matters here. I am not looking for heavy cinematic edits. I want clean, watchable, well-paced episodes delivered fast and consistently. You must be competent in - Long-form video editing (cutting dead air, tightening pacing, fixing audio levels, adding basic intro and outro, light cleanup) - Scheduling and posting on social media (YouTube, and other platforms as needed) - Written communication in English, good enough to send a clean, warm email to a guest or client with no typos Software We use Riverside. You need to be comfortable pulling recordings from Riverside and working with that footage. If you already know Riverside, mention it in your reply. Pay $4 to $5 per hour to start. This increases over time as you show reliability, speed, and quality. This is a long-term working relationship, not a one-off gig.
