Video Podcast Editor

I am looking for a video editor to work on a series of Christian podcast interviews. To give you a sense of the current standard, I have attached an example video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJRbBUS7XeE At present, interviews are recorded in Descript, edited in Descript, and the audio is processed through Adobe Enhance. The main area that needs improvement is the opening highlights reel. I would like each interview to begin with a 30–40 second highlights montage featuring some of the most interesting moments from the conversation. The example attached includes a highlights reel, but I do not think it is particularly effective. After the highlights section, I would like the full interview edited to look and sound as good as reasonably possible. I am relatively happy with the audio quality of the example and the video is OK, but I believe there is room for improvement. That said, I am not looking for highly elaborate editing or anything that requires huge amounts of time per episode. The aim is not a heavily produced YouTube show. Rather, I am looking for a straightforward, efficient workflow that produces noticeably better results while remaining practical and scalable across a larger number of interviews. Deliverables for each interview would be: A finished video version with the highlights reel at the beginning. A separate audio-only podcast version. The audio podcast version should not include the highlights reel. There will be a continuing series of interviews, so I am ideally looking for someone with whom I can establish a repeatable process and ongoing working relationship. There are likely to be additional elements introduced in future, but for now I would like to keep the process relatively simple.
