AI Video Producer & Editor (Ongoing / Retainer) for Youtube

We run a faceless, documentary-style YouTube channel in the history and mystery space. Episodes are voiceover-led, cinematic, and built largely from AI-generated footage. We're hiring a producer-editor to own the full visual build of each episode - generating the footage and cutting it into a finished video. Long-term retainer, not a one-off. The work - 12–18 minute episodes, voiceover-led, no on-camera presenter - Cinematic, restrained tone — dark, desaturated, textured grade You receive: a time-coded script with visual cues. You produce: the AI-generated footage, the edit, the grade, the music, and clean on-screen text Requirements (non-negotiable) Experience with various AI video generation models — you must have assembled AI-generated clips into a finished edit (Kling / Runway / Sora) Fluency with the quirks of AI footage — temporal drift, looping, lighting variance between clips — and how to cut around them Strong editor: DaVinci Resolve preferred; Adobe Premiere / After Effects / CapCut Pro fine Music generation or sourcing (Suno AI or similar) Pacing a cut to a scripted voiceover so the beats land To apply, include: - One faceless/voiceover documentary or long-form edit you've made (link + your exact role) - A short sample of AI-generated footage you've assembled into a finished sequence - One line on what most editors get wrong with AI footage
