AI Video Producer & Editor for Youth Sports Training Content (Ongoing, Contract) Ankored is a youth sports safety and compliance platform used by clubs, leagues, parks-and-rec departments, schools, and national governing bodies. We're building a library of short, high-polish training courses and need a video producer who treats AI-generated content as a starting point, not the finished product, and knows how to edit it into something that actually holds a viewer's attention. The role You'll take our approved scripts and storyboards and produce finished training videos: AI avatar narration built out with real editing craft. B-roll, motion graphics, sound design, and pacing that keeps a safety module from feeling like homework. This is a video production and editing role first. We supply the scripts and creative direction; you make the footage compelling. What you'll do Generate avatar-narrated segments in HeyGen (or comparable tools) from our scripts, dialing in pacing, tone, pronunciation, gesture, and framing so the delivery feels natural rather than robotic Elevate raw avatar footage with real editing: B-roll, cutaways, screen recordings, and stock footage so the viewer isn't staring at a talking head Design and animate on-screen graphics, lower thirds, text callouts, chapter transitions, and simple motion graphics that reinforce key points Handle audio properly: clean narration levels, music beds, sound effects, and ducking Make deliberate editing choices: cut for rhythm, use visual variety, and match the energy of the content to the subject Source and manage properly licensed B-roll and stock assets that fit youth sports and safety contexts Apply our brand system (colors, typography, logo usage, motion style) so every video looks like it came from the same studio Deliver review-ready cuts, take feedback, and iterate quickly Must-haves Strong AI video experience with HeyGen or comparable avatar tools. Show us work where the AI footage is clearly produced, not just exported Serious video and audio editing chops: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Descript, or similar A demonstrated eye for B-roll, pacing, and visual storytelling, with reels or samples that prove it Sound design and audio mixing fundamentals Strong sense of brand consistency and clean, professional finish Fast, reliable turnaround and clear communication. We iterate often Nice-to-haves Motion graphics and animation depth (After Effects, template design) Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline experience, or willingness to learn the assembly side Instructional design or e-learning background Familiarity with youth sports, compliance, or safety content How this works We start with a paid test: a fixed-price $200 contract to produce one 2-minute training video from our storyboard, avatar prompt, and brand assets. We'll tell you exactly what we're evaluating up front. Candidates who clear our bar move into an ongoing pipeline of roughly 5 to 10 modules per month, with volume growing alongside our library roadmap.
