AI Video Producer (Higgsfield / Seedance / Kling) - Full-Time, Ongoing

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the health and wellness space, hiring an AI Video Producer to turn creative briefs into high-quality AI video clips for our ads. You will join a team of direct-response marketers who move fast, test lots of concepts, and have fun doing it. High-output, fast-paced, and creative. You will work inside a small pod, directly alongside our creative strategists. You will NOT edit videos, you will create the video clips and then hand them off to our in house video editing team. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Take a creative brief from ClickUp - Generate the reference image in Higgsfield - Turn that reference image into video clips using the latest models (Seedance, Kling) inside Higgsfield - Assemble the clips into a Google Drive folder and hand them off to our video editing team - Communicate closely with your creative strategist throughout, over Slack THE BAR (the most important part): We are NOT looking for someone to automate this or pump out hundreds of generic AI videos. We are not scaling AI slop. We are looking for someone with real creative TASTE who crafts each video to a high standard. The videos must not look like AI and must not sound like AI. The details matter enormously: how the actors move, look, and sound; the tonality and energy of the delivery; skin and hair imperfections; realistic environments; the craft that makes a clip feel real. You should understand marketing and how AI video clips become high-performing ads. MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE: - Hands-on experience producing AI video across a range of styles: human UGC, UGC talking-head, podcast-style, claymation, animation, street-interview, news-anchor, and more - A proven eye for making video look good AND sound good - Strong organization and attention to detail - Excellent, proactive communication TOOLS: - ClickUp (briefs) - Higgsfield (you will use our login account) - Seedance and Kling (generation from inside higgsfield) - Google Drive (upload the raw video clips for video editors to edit) - Slack (team communication) LOGISTICS: - Full-time, up to 40 hours/week, ongoing - Any timezone, but you must overlap enough with PST to communicate through the day and join our two weekly team calls: Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am PST - Starting immediately HOW TO APPLY (applications that skip this will not be considered): Your proposal MUST include: 1.
