AI Video Producer / Motion Graphics Designer for Educational Mental Health Series

Project Overview We're looking for a talented AI video producer, motion graphics designer, or creative agency to help us develop a premium educational video series for a residential addiction treatment center. This is not a typical YouTube project. We are creating a polished curriculum that feels more like a Netflix documentary or MasterClass than a PowerPoint presentation. The videos will teach concepts from the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model in a compassionate, easy-to-understand way for adults in residential treatment with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. About the Project We are producing a 12-part educational series, with each episode running approximately 20–30 minutes. Topics include: Understanding Internal Family Systems (IFS) Why we feel conflicted The Inner Critic Protectors and Exiles Addiction through an IFS lens Shame vs. Self-Compassion Emotional regulation Triggers and relapse prevention Building recovery through Self leadership The audience is individuals in residential treatment, so the tone should be: Calm Hopeful Compassionate Professional Easy to understand What We're Looking For Someone who can take: Completed scripts Voice narration (AI or human) Branding assets Image suggestions Creative direction …and transform them into beautiful, engaging educational videos.
