AI Video Producer — early-stage social app

We're building a library of short, scroll-stopping videos for organic social and paid ads, and we need someone who lives inside AI video tools and can take a concept from idea to finished Reel — completely end to end. What you'll do (A→Z): Turn a rough brief into a shot-by-shot storyboard Write and iterate the prompts to generate it (Higgsfield + whatever tool gets the best result) Keep characters consistent across shots, including a recurring brand character Handle post-production: text overlays, UI screens, captions, trending audio Edit and assemble the final 9:16 cut, plus ad variants for testing Deliver videos built to go viral — strong hooks, tight pacing, native to Reels/TikTok Must have: Real fluency in AI video generation (Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Veo, Sora — whatever you wield best) AI image gen for start frames + character consistency (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Flux, Nano Banana) Short-form editing with captions + motion text (CapCut, ChatCut, Premiere, etc.) A real instinct for what stops the scroll and gets shared Bonus: UGC ad experience (HeyGen, Arcads) and a sense of what makes an ad convert, not just look cool Character animation You make your own content and know what's trending this week To apply: Send your reel of AI-generated videos — ideally something with (1) a strong hook and (2) the same character across multiple shots.
