AI Video Producer

We’re hiring a full-time AI Video Producer to support our performance creative team. This role is focused on generating high-quality video assets using AI tools that will be used in ad creatives. You will work closely with a Creative Strategist and a team of editors to turn concepts into fast, usable outputs. This is a production-focused role — speed, consistency, and problem-solving are critical. 🎯 Responsibilities Generate AI-based video content (hooks, scenes, variations) at scale Rapidly iterate on prompts to produce usable, high-quality outputs Troubleshoot issues such as glitches, stitching problems, and inconsistencies Ensure consistency in characters, pacing, and visual style Organize and deliver clean, structured assets ready for editors Build and maintain a reusable asset library Continuously improve workflows to increase speed and efficiency 🤝 How You’ll Work You will work directly with a Creative Strategist who: Defines concepts, hooks, and direction Provides references and performance insights Your role is to: 👉 Turn that direction into multiple ready-to-use video assets quickly and reliably ⚡ Requirements Proven experience with AI video tools (Kling, Seedance, VEO, Infinitetalk.) Strong prompt iteration skills (ability to improve outputs quickly) Ability to troubleshoot and fix failed or inconsistent generations Fast execution mindset (speed is critical) Strong organization skills (clean file structure, clear naming) Experience with ad creatives / UGC / short-form content is a plus ⏱️ Role Details Full-time (40 hours/week) Remote Long-term position Performance-focused environment 🚫 Not a Fit If You are new to AI tools You need step-by-step guidance You focus on perfection over speed You are primarily a traditional video editor
