About the Work MOBIBASE is a digital entertainment company based in France and specialized in mobile and social media entertainment services. The company has been developing AI services for over two years and aims to create an AI Production team to address the growing market of AI content and series. (link removed) The AI Production team is primarily responsible for creating a portfolio of edge-cutting micro series and is recruiting freelance AI Producers as a worldwide team managed locally by the AI Production Director. About the Role As an AI Producer, you will produce short, cinematic vertical videos from start to finish. The work requires realistic, camera-like visuals, consistent character identity, clean motion, precise pacing, and strong editorial judgment. The episodes rely on tight pacing, emotional clarity, strong hooks, and visually coherent character-driven scenes. The AI Production Director will provide general themes or settings, and you handle the full creative execution which will include: developing the scene concept, refining the script with our AI writing tools, engineering high-quality prompts, generating first-frame images, and assembling the final edited video. This role requires strong editing skills, solid understanding of cinematic language, high proficiency in AI-assisted scripting and prompt engineering and sense of storytelling . You must be methodical, detail-driven, and comfortable managing a structured multi-step production pipeline. Ideal Project timeline: 1 month per series This is a recurring project, with recurring series Responsibilities - Turn a given theme into a clear cinematic concept - Refine the short script using our AI writing tools - Create precise prompts for images and video - Produce first-frame images with consistent characters and realistic lighting - Generate polished vertical videos with natural motion - Add sound design, music, and captions - Run quality checks (continuity, realism, pacing) - Deliver final, platform-ready content Requirements - Experience with advanced AI tools (VEO, Kling, Minimax, Sora, Runway, Flux, Nano Banana, or similar) - Ability to maintain character identity using references or LoRA/face-locking - Strong editing and cinematic storytelling skills - High proficiency in prompt engineering (including structured/JSON prompts) - Excellent visual judgment: realism, lighting, composition, camera logic - Solid video editing skills (Premiere Pro or other) - Ability to work effectively with AI writing tools (ChatGPT) - Methodical, organized, and reliable - Portfolio of AI video work is a plus - Respect Production guidelines (provided to the AI Producer at start of production) - Respect “Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property Rights Agreement” (to be signed at start of production) We will favour profiles with strong editing skills, as we will provide prompts to ease the AI generation.
