Video Production Team (Tech & AI Automation)

We are looking for a long-term, expert video production team or duo (Video Editor + Thumbnail Designer) to collaborate on a high-growth faceless YouTube channel dedicated to Technology, Artificial Intelligence, AI Agents, and Business Automation. Our publishing frequency & workflow: 2 videos per week. Video length: 8 to 12 minutes per video. We provide everything you need: For every single video, we will supply the complete French script and the professional VoiceOver track. Language Requirement: French (Native or perfectly bilingual is mandatory). Even though this job post is in English, the channel, scripts, and voiceovers are entirely in French. What we are looking for (Expert Profile): We want to replicate the editing and presentation style of the famous channel Website Learners. These are not just standard software walkthroughs. We need a team capable of blending smooth, high-quality faceless storytelling with clean technical visuals to maximize retention and drive business conversions. Video Editor Responsibilities: Website Learners Style: Exceptional use of smooth animations, custom screen recordings, kinetic typography, and premium stock footage to explain complex tech concepts without showing a human face. Maintain a highly engaging pace with subtle "Pattern Interrupts" every 4 to 6 seconds to optimize watch time. Professional audio engineering (seamless syncing with our French voiceover, noise cleanup, and embedding immersive tech/business background tracks). Thumbnail Designer Responsibilities: Create clean, clickable, and professional thumbnails that instantly grab attention (high CTR required). Strong understanding of mobile readability and tech-niche visual standards. Hiring Process (Paid Test): Before committing to a long-term contract, we will select top applicants for a paid test on a specific video project.
