PostAI Account Manager — Done-for-You AI Video + Customer Success Full-time | Remote (work from home) | GMT+8 friendly Pay: 25% commission per video (~S$10–20 each, uncapped), ABOUT POSTAI PostAI is an AI platform that lets anyone create professional marketing videos in minutes. The problem: many of our users WANT great videos but don't have the time to make them. That's where you come in. As a PostAI Account Manager, you become a small business owner inside PostAI. We assign you customers; you create their videos by using PostAI platform, so our users are hands free and you grow your own book of clients. The more value you create, the more you earn — your income is uncapped. WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT The work we pay you for — running demos, helping customers, and recording short demo clips — is ALSO how you grow your own income. Every demo you host and every clip you record can bring you new clients. You simply upload your clips to a shared folder; our system posts and distributes everything automatically and credits the leads to you. You never publish anything yourself. You're not just an employee — you're building a business with PostAI's tools, brand, and customer pipeline behind you. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Understand each customer's needs, then make their video. Talk with your assigned customers to capture exactly what they want, then log into their PostAI account (via secure delegated access) and create the video. PostAI is click-based — no prompt-writing or technical skill needed. Most videos take about 20 minutes. Once in a while a small CapCut tweak is needed, to make a professional video - Customer success and demos. Chat with your customers, answer questions, and run "over-the-shoulder" guidance over screen share. Host Zoom sessions teaching people how to use PostAI — attendees can hire you directly. - Record demo clips (we auto-post them for you). Record your sessions and turn each into 3–5 short screen-demo videos (about 1 minute each; longer for a feature walk-through). Just upload them to a shared folder — our system posts and distributes everything automatically and routes inbound leads back to you. - Own your customers. Keep them happy, responsive, and coming back. Retained customers mean recurring commission for you. -You need take role as customer support / customer success manager, answer enquires and run demo/workshop, thats the way you build trust and get more potential clients (who hire you to create their videos) COMPENSATION - Commission: 25% of each video's value — roughly S$10–20 per video — with NO cap. Each video is quick (about 20 min), so strong managers earn well above the minimum. - Guaranteed minimum: S$400/month. How it works: if your total commission for the month is below S$400, we pay you S$400; if it's above S$400, you keep the full amount. You're always paid whichever is higher. - Example: at just 5 videos/day you're already earning multiples of the minimum; top performers do far more. WHAT WE EXPECT (minimum monthly) - Full-time availability (about 40 hrs/week) and replies to your customers within 0.5 business hours. - At least 20 delivered videos/month (scaled to the number of customers assigned to you — if we send you fewer, the target adjusts). - From your sessions, produce 3–5 short screen-demo clips (about 1 min each) and upload them to the shared folder. Posting is automatic. - Maintain quality and customer satisfaction (low redo rate, happy customers). YOU MUST HAVE - Excellent spoken and written English — this is the #1 skill. You'll be on demos and chatting with customers every day. - Strong CapCut skills — you'll cut your session recordings into short demo clips, and make minor tweaks to customer videos. - Comfortable on camera (Zoom demos and clips). - A genuine customer-first attitude: patient, clear, friendly, reliable. - Quick to learn software. PostAI itself is easy and click-based — no prompt-writing needed; we'll train you. - A reliable computer and stable internet, available full-time. NICE TO HAVE - Familiar with AI tools — especially AI image generation and AI video generation. A big plus. - Experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or SaaS. - Experience making short-form content (TikTok / Reels / Shorts). - Facebook PPC - Cold call HOW TO APPLY (follow all 4 steps — we ignore generic applications) 1.
