Video editing for courses

I have one-hour recorded videos of my courses. I need to trim them down and make some edits in terms of text pop-ups and alignment with the slides. I also have some Camtasia videos where I may need to edit them and mix and match with the voiceovers and other things. I need this for my education platform, so please tell me the time and cost for one hour of recorded video. Typically, one hour of recorded video will yield about 40 to 55 minutes of rendered video. The main job is to cut and trim them, and write animated transitions so it’s really good and smooth. We need to remove the extra noise if there is any. Usually there isn’t any noise in the videos except the voiceover. Then we need to put the lower third, add the intro, and add the outro videos based on that. We can use AI for development of the videos (create the intro and outros, and other things). Let me know the per-video cost, or the cost for processing: how much will a one-hour recorded video cost me to process? Whatever output we can get from that video is fine, but I just want to understand what it will take so we can make a long-term decision.
