Video Editor & Content Creator (Freelance) Paid per project This is a long-term opportunity with multiple ongoing projects. Workload * Minimum 30–50 videos per month * Videos are typically 1–5 minutes long * Additional projects during launches, retreats and events Responsibilities Social Media Video Editing * Edit long-form videos into engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. * Remove pauses, silence, filler words and unnecessary sections while keeping the content natural. * Add captions where required. * Create clean, professional edits that retain an authentic, conversational feel. * Resize content for different platforms when needed. * Organise and deliver completed files. Retreat & Promotional Content Using our existing library of: * Photos * Videos * Drone footage * Client moments * B-roll Create promotional content for: * Retreat launches * Social media * Website * Advertisements * Story sequences * Reels and short-form videos You should be able to tell a story through editing rather than simply placing clips together. Software We currently use CapCut, but we’re open to recommendations if you believe another editing workflow is better. All projects will be shared via Dropbox (or another agreed cloud platform). We’re Looking For Someone Who * Has a strong eye for storytelling and pacing. * Understands social media content that holds attention. * Can work independently with minimal supervision. * Is organised and reliable. * Can meet deadlines consistently. * Wants to build a long-term working relationship rather than complete one-off projects. * Understands emotional, educational and transformational content.
