Video editor to create YouTube video from 5-10 minutes of narration I supply.

I have 5-10 minute audio narrations on a subject. I need a video editor to add b-roll and some basic graphics to turn it into a decent YouTube video. For example, if I state in the audio that "There are 3 different ways to do XYZ" you add a quick graphic showing the 3 things listed. These are relatively basic and don't require extensive editing or custom elements. Most of them just need appropriate b-roll, then 2-3 custom elements at various points in the video when a specific thing is mentioned. Let me know your rate/hours to create something like this. If you can create these in Canva, that's a plus, but not necessary. If you can, send a link to a video you did that's similar.
